Collection of user info
Snatchlist does store your information when you register with us. By registering, you are consenting to allow us to store your information. That information consists of your name, your physical home address, your phone number, your email addess, and your credit card information. Our systems also collect information on what you buy and sell with Snatchlist. We do not track parts of the site that you visit.
Your information
We do take the security of your user information very seriously. All user information that you provide is secured on our servers, which are located in the United States. We will never sell any of your information to outside parties. We cannot see what your credit card information is so please rest assure that your information is safe. Credit card information is secured on our server for automatic processing of monthly memberships, if your account has one. We are capable of tracking what you list and what you buy and we might use that information to create a better Snatchlist...such as creating a better category list. We will never sell any user activity information to third party companies. If you are a third party company, please do not ask us for that information. We will never give that information out. If we do believe that your account is violating our policies, we might contact you and have you verify your information and make sure you are aware of the activity on your account. At that time, we might ask you to reset your password for security purposes. Always keep your password private and never share that password.
Third parties
As we mentioned in "Your Information" we are capable of tracking what you list and what you buy but we will never sell that information to third party companies. If you are a third party company, please do not ask us for that information. We will never give that information out.
Site Safety
There are no spyware programs on Snatchlist or associated with Snatchlist. We will also never spam your email account. You might receive promotional offers via email if you selected that option when you registered with Snatchlist. If you did not select that option while registering, we will never send you promtional offers.
Password safety
Snatchlist will never call or email you to verify your password. If you receive a phone call or email asking what your password is, please do not provide it. If you believe someone obtained your password, please either reset it or contact us immediately.
Site security
We do take our site security very seriously. We use GoDaddy for our SSL certificate (you'll see "https" when Snatchlisted is secured) and we use Authorize.net to process credit card information. We do try our best to make sure your data is secured at all times but please understand we can never promise total security. No information on the Internet is totally secured, but your information is as secured as possible on our site. You can see both our GoDaddy and Authorize.net certificate seals below.

Snatchlist may contain links to other sites. We cannot control what content those sites have. Please keep that in mind if you click on a link that takes you outside of Snatchlist.
